The challenge
EQUIP and its training arm WMTC were running fragmented messaging and separate visual identities that confused audiences and undermined credibility. Prior campaigns failed to represent their programs or reach the right people: enrollment was flat, website navigation broke user journeys, and there was no consistent creative output to sustain momentum across channels.
What we did
Brand & Identity Logo redesigns for both EQUIP and WMTC. Full visual system overhaul: vibrant colors, human-centric imagery, inclusive elements. Brand guidelines for social, web, and print. Typography and graphic asset restyling.
100+ Creatives: Social Media Reels, carousels, and static posts for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, each targeting specific audiences. Themed campaigns: Black Friday, Gift Cards, 2% Cashback, Career Spotlight, and SDHC partnerships.
Paid Media Meta campaigns for CMA, Pharmacy Tech, MOA, and Billing & Coding, optimized to $0.39–$0.49 cost-per-click. March CMA campaign delivered 2,500%+ ROI; April 1,900%+; February 740%+. Blended ROI across all tracked campaigns: 2,200%+.
Video Production Transformed radio interview footage into 10+ branded video shorts and reels with subtitles, motion graphics, and content splitting, optimized for Meta, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Web Development New partnership, benefits, and certification pages. Improved product structure with filters. Gift card functionality for WMTC courses. Enhanced navigation and mobile responsiveness.
Sales Enablement Modernized pitch decks and internal presentations with streamlined narratives and modular components.
IT Services Credential organization, administrative access security, server optimization, Microsoft 365 configuration.
How we worked
We ran as an embedded team: 125+ hours per month of strategic execution across branding, creative, paid media, web, video, and IT.
Weekly and biweekly alignment meetings kept every workstream on track. Monthly performance reports tied KPIs to real business outcomes: enrollment, revenue, web traffic, and paid ROI.
Every deliverable, from a Meta ad to a pitch deck, was designed to serve one goal: convert audiences into enrolled students and long-term revenue.
