We led a complete revamp of PolicyMedical's platform — modernising the product end-to-end while keeping it running for the business — sustained across more than 5 years of cross-border delivery as the company went through two acquisitions.
How we worked
The same senior team stayed on PolicyMedical's platform for the full 5+ years, spanning Brazil, Toronto and the U.S. — carrying institutional knowledge through two acquisitions instead of restarting with a new vendor each time. That continuity let us modernise the product incrementally, in production, without the disruption a full replatform under new ownership usually causes.
