The challenge
Bringing a voice AI product to market in U.S. healthcare means selling into buyers who move slowly, scrutinise every claim, and operate under strict compliance requirements. Consig needed positioning and messaging that translated real technical capability into language regulated, risk-averse healthcare buyers would trust, without a full-time product marketing hire in place.
What we did
As a fractional product marketing lead, we own go-to-market strategy end to end: positioning, messaging, and value propositions built for B2B audiences operating in compliance-driven environments.
We work directly with Consig's board, engineering, and sales teams to make sure market-facing messaging reflects what the product actually does: no overselling, no gaps between marketing claims and product reality.
We developed ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, and sales narratives to support both enterprise and partner-led sales motions, and we feed the product roadmap with market insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
Consig is accelerated by Plug and Play, and we support its participation in the accelerator's healthcare innovation ecosystem. On the technical side, we also handle frontend development for the company's web presence, using Webflow with HubSpot integration and AI-assisted tooling.
How we worked
We operate as an embedded, fractional extension of Consig's team, not an outside agency. We sit in on roadmap discussions, work directly with engineering and sales, and report to the board on market strategy, the same way an in-house product marketing lead would.
