What we did
We built Akeso's occupational health platform end-to-end — product strategy, UX/UI design, engineering and DevOps — taking it from a blank page to a working, next-generation platform in production over 2 years.
How we worked
We worked as a fully embedded, senior-only team of 6 — no ramp-up, no rotating staff — syncing daily with Akeso's U.S. CTO and PM so every architecture and product decision stayed in step with their priorities in real time. That same core team carried the platform from a blank page through two years of continuous, cross-border delivery between Brazil and the U.S.
One of the most rewarding aspects of this project was the seamless collaboration between the teams. Their expertise and dedication were instrumental in bringing our vision to life.
